Miscellaneous Rulings Update – Petty Cash Ban

February 24, 2010 Leave a comment Go to comments

A short and sweet update to everyone getting ready for our season. A bug has been brought to my attention which requires the usage of petty cash in matches to be made illegal for BASH matches until a solution is found. What is happening is What is happening is that when a coach transfers gold from their treasury into the petty cash fund the gold removed from the treasury is not being reflected in the league application after the match is over. That would make buying inducements with petty cash essentially free, which is why petty cash needs use needs to be banned for now. This means that you can only purchase inducements with the inducement gold that is granted for free to your team for having a lower team value than your opponent. (IE: Only one team should be able to purchase inducements) You can find the archive for this ruling in the miscellaneous rulings section of this site, under Coach Resources, where it will remain until the bug is fixed and petty cash may be used again. When that time comes an update will be released informing all coaches about that as well.
