How to Manage Your Team with the League Application
The BASH Digital League uses the OBBLM League Application at Stuntyleeg.com to manage the league. When you use a team in the BASH Digital League you will use OBBLM to manage your team instead of using the user interface in the Blood Bowl game itself. This guide will teach you how too…
- Purchase Players, rerolls, cheerleaders, and apothecaries
- Fire players
- Change player names & numbers
- Manage journeymen
- Reroll or accept winnings
- Level up your players
You will need to do the following steps before you can follow the steps in this guide…
- Have a Stuntyleeg.com account
- Have your team created
- Have BASH selected as the current league in the Home screen
Purchase Players, Rerolls, Cheerleaders, and Apothecaries
The majority of functions you as a coach will access from the League Application will be from the Team Roster screen. The Team Roster screen shows your team, the players on your team, and it can also show statistics for the entire team, individual players, and also your team’s logo and information. Other coaches can see this screen, but they have none of the management functions. To get to the Team Roster screen you must goto stuntyleeg.com, change the active league to BASH on the home page, click the teams button at the top, then click on your team in the list.
All the various functions, other than descriptions and logos, are accessed through the team management section. You should be familiar with buying players from the time you created your team. In the Team Management section of the roster select “Hire Player” and select the type and number and give them a name and click OK. For rerolls, cheerleaders, assistant coaches, and apothecaries choose the “Buy Team Goods Option”, and click ok. (This much be repeated for each good.)
Fire Players
To fire a player choose the Fire Player option from the drop down, pick the player and click ok. You can also “Un-hire” a player if they have not participated in a game yet. This refunds you the value of the player. Firing a player refunds you nothing.
Change Player Names & Numbers
To change a player’s name choose the “Rename Player” option. To Renumber a player choose the “Renumber Player” option.
Manage Journeymen
Sometimes you can’t to put Nuffle’s sacred number of 11 on the field. That’s when you need journeymen. If you can’t field 11 players then OBBLM will give you an error when you try to download your team. Journeymen has proved to be a slightly confusing part of OBBLM due to the way options are named. There are two entries that manage journeymen.
The first is “Hire Players”. This is used when you are hiring a journeyman for an upcoming match. It’s just like the usual entry, but remember only your basic 0-16 type players may be chosen as journeymen. To indicate to OBBLM that the player you are hiring is a journeyman you must check the check box next to “Journeyman?”
After a game if you don’t want to keep a journeyman you will be required to fire them with the fire player button. However should you decide you would like to keep a journeyman on your team permanently then you need to use the “Hire Journeymen” option in team management. Doing this will make you pay the full hiring cost for the player, the player loses the loner skill and they keep all their skill points & injuries they gained in the previous game.
Reroll or Accept Winnings
Rerolling winnings are now handled as part of the match report process. See How to Play & Report a BASH Digital League Game for more details
Level Up Your Players
Like all team management tasks, leveling up your players is handled by the OBBLM. When your players are ready to level up you will see a drop-down box next to their entry on the team roster page. OBBLM won’t show you the roll made for the skill but it will show you
